I feel Johnny Depp is the perfect actor to play Willy! His actions are so anamited and full of life. I personally will be standing in line to see all of the dark adult comedy that I feel Tim and Johnny will bring to this favorite movie of mine!!!!!!
I believe this is a mistake. Why ruin such a classic. you are only risking sucess, and why put a damper on such marvelous work previously made. as the beatles said “let it be”

The old Willy Wonka film is hard-to-find these days, and I actually found un-adorable those little green people in the factory. So, a new version… one whose lead characters will catch the hearts of ‘modern’ children is a good idea. And I do think Johnny Depp will do the remake justice.
