Former US Treasury Secretary Lawrence Summers argued one group outperformed the other because of genetics, not just experience, the Boston Herald said.

Dr. Summers is one of the few people I could see bringing up this topic and actually believe he intended it for serious discussion. He’s been outspoken enough on other topics like Early Decision, financial stratification of the Ivy student bodies, etc. that I could see it being a genuine inquiry.
